Somewhere in middle-of-nowhere America in a state that could just as easily be Arizona as Oregon or Wyoming, a woman performs the same show every day. Florence Minder is alone on stage with nothing but a powerful text for this dramatic yet comical show that deals with the realities of existence. After the play, stay for a short Q and A session with Florence Minder.
This surprising evening will end with the screening of the U.S. premiere of “Exils” by Belgian playwright and film-maker Fabrice Murgia. Through short playlets, this piece subtly tackles the question of exile from a refugee’s point of view.
